Mike Clarke, Sales Representative. Uncompromisingly passionate, focused and hard working, it is not hard to see why Mike Clarke is at the top of his field. With more than 20 years experience, Mike has been effectively selling homes in the GTA, and has successfully built a top notch real estate team. They work hard to facilitate the company's philosophy of placing the client at the centre of their business. Prior to real estate, Mike was a sales manager for western Canada in the pharmaceutical industry. Through his leadership and motivational skills, it wasn't long before his sales representatives became the top team in the company. He currently resides in the Beaches area of Toronto with his wife and business partner, Madeleine, and enjoys playing golf and hockey in his spare time. Mike is continuously adapting his real estate style to fit the constantly-changing industry. Leo Agosto, Sales Representative Leo comes from a long-line of sales representatives. He grew up in Toronto and knows many of its distinctive neighbourhoods intimately. He brings a background in Political Science specializing in conflict resolution and negotiations to the profession. In his spare time Leo is a published children's book author. Leo believes everybody should have a home of which they are proud of and feel comfortable in. He would love to help you find yours. . Julie Hughes, Sales Representative Personality plus is the only way to describe Julie! Born and brought up in the Upper Beach, she knows the area intimately. She brings a warmth and personable experience with her, as she has done as a professional in event management and marketing at RBC before joining the Mike Clarke Team. Her attention to detail brings her clients the success they seek in finding their next home. Julie is a Mom to two young children and races sailboats competitively. Debbie Goodman, Sales Representative A bilingual native of Quebec City, Debbie and her husband moved to Toronto 11 years ago, residing in the Beach for 7 years before moving to Birchcliff Village where they now live with their two dogs. After several years spent in the telecommunications industry, Debbie made the switch to Real Estate, first as office manager to the Mike Clarke Team and now as a sales representative. Debbie' s attention to detail, commitment to her work and her willingness to go that extra mile ensure a positive buying and/or selling experience for her clients. Ken Varty, Sales Representative Ken Varty joins the Mike Clarke Team having spent more than 40 years working, playing and teaching in the world of golf. His professional approach to customer service is the product of over thirty years experience as a member of the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association. Ken tailors a home search to suit the individual - drawing the information from many years of observation, making it simple, logical and physically possible for his clients. His unlimited patience, congenial manner and positive attitude allow him to work toward a successful completion while having fun during the search.
